These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SEBA Snap! card game and related services operated by SEBA Education Ltd ('we', 'our', 'us'). By using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SEBA Snap! is an educational card game developed and operated by SEBA Education Ltd as part of the SEBA Schools Challenge programme. For any enquiries please contact us at [email protected].
The game is designed for use by students, teachers, and educational institutions. Users under the age of 13 must have parental or guardian consent and must use the game only under the supervision of a teacher or parent. By using the game you confirm that you meet these requirements or have obtained the necessary consent.
You agree to use SEBA Snap! only for lawful, educational purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute the question bank or any other content from the game. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of our servers or services.
All content on SEBA Snap! — including but not limited to the question bank, game logic, graphics, audio, and branding — is the exclusive property of SEBA Education Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for personal educational purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
If you submit a school name, player name, or any other information through the game or registration forms, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.
SEBA Snap! is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss of data, scores, or progress. Educational content is provided for general learning purposes and does not constitute professional academic advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEBA Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the game. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the service (if any).
The game may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
